1. Please download template.  

2. Each participant can submit one abstract for the oral session and one abstract for the poster session.

3. Please note that due to limited availability of oral presentation slots, certain presentations may be changed into poster presentations. In such cases, you will receive a notification from the organizer.

4. Poster boards are made from cork and their size is 980 mm x 1220 mm. Please prepare your posters vertically in the size of A0.

5. Fields marked with * are obligatory.
